AGE REQUIREMENT

For groups A, B, C drivers must be over 21 years of age. For any other vehicle group, min age of the driver must be 25.

PAYMENT METHOD

For all groups a valid Credit/Debit Card accepted. We also accept cash payment. On cash payment you have a 7% discount.

DEPOSIT FOR GUARANTEE

No deposit required.

DRIVING LICENSE

A valid driving license held for at least three years is required from the driver.

TRAFFIC FINES

All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born solely by the renter.

INSURANCE

All Aronda Corfu vehicles are covered against damages from Fire to the rented vehicle, and Liability Insurance to Third Party death, injury, and property.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW-SCDW)

All vehicles are insured against liability to third parties for death or injury or property damage (With Excess). Our free basic insurance covers you for CDW/third party and personal accident this comes with an excess of 500 euros for small – medium cars and 700 euros for larger cars. Damage to the underside of the car, the wheels and the tyres is not covered.

For full peace of mind during your holiday we offer you full insurance cover with 200€ excess and no open card. This covers you for everythng including:

• CDW
• Third party
• Personal accident
• Windscreen protection

Βy paying an additional 7-15€ per day.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER/S

No extra charge for each additional Driver.

GASOLINE / RE-CHARGE PRE-PAYMENT POLICY

Upon return of the rented vehicle, the remaining amount of fuel in the tank must be in the same level as it was when the renter took the vehicle the first day.

BABY SEATS

Available on request for free. Baby seat (0-18 kg) Booster seat (18-36 kg).

FLEET AVAILABILITY

The Company reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.

FERRY TRANSPORTATION

It is not allowed.

ROAD ASSISTANCE

It is included for free. Contact the office immediately when needed.

COLLECTION INSTRACTIONS

Corfu Airport: A member of staff will be waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival with your name clearly on display.
Gouvia Marina, Corfu Port: We will deliver your car direct to you at the time requested. Please make sure we can contact you via mobile phone.

VEHICLE CANNOT BE USED

• Against the terms and conditions of this agreement.
• To carry persons or property for hire.
• To carry more persons than it is licenced for.
• To propel or tow any vehicle, trailer or other object.
• To transfer or carry heavy luggage or objects, inflammable materials, staining or badly smelling goods, narcotics, explosives, arms, etc.
• While customer or any other driver of the vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, hallucinatory drugs, narcotics or barbiturates.
• Outside of Corfu unless previous consent has been given by the company.

GENERAL TERMS

The customer must return the vehicle to the agreed location at the agreed time. We have the right to repossess the vehicle at any time at the customer’s expenses in cases where the vehicle is being used in violation of our agreement.
Customer is responsible for any fines or penalties acquired during the period of rental.
The vehicle must not be operated or driven by any other person other than those named as drivers on the agreement.
During the rental period the customer assumes full responsibility to take care of the vehicle, to check its mechanical condition, the oil, water etc. As well as tyres and general driving conditions of the vehicle.
Customer must always lock the vehicle when not in use and take all precautions to prevent its theft or the pilferage of its
accessories.
Customer is responsible for removing and checking they have all belongings before returning the vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any belongings left behind.
In the event of an accident customer must contact us immediately and let us deal with all the procedures.
The company has the right to provide a substitute car in the unavoidable instant where the original car is unavailable. In this case the customer will be provided with a same category car or a higher category car.
